This can be increased, but depends on

the results of jobs. About $250 (National

Currency) is required every month, counting the

number of men as five.

A reward of $500 (temporary) will be paid

to each man after doing the job. Counting the

number of men as five, a total amount of $2,500

(National Currency) is required. Before doing

the work, half of the sum will be advanced to

the men, who will be given the remaining half

after completing the work. In the case of an

unfortunate incident, medical expenses,

expenses for the deceased, (this money will not

be given to those without a family) and legal

expenses will be paid by the superior. These

are incidental expenses and cannot be estimated.

(7) Special and Incidental Expenses are

uncertain and cannot be fixed beforehand, such as

hire for motor-car, booking of rooms in board-

ing houses, expenses incurred by disguising and

shadowing, etc. However, according to my

personal experience, a total amount of about

$500 is required each time for special and

incidental expenses.

Objects of Works.. To assassinate officers of the Japanese

Army and to damage their espionage organs; and

to assassinate important Chinese traitors, etc.

Locality of Works. French Concession will be the base of

operation.

British Concession and the area

where road building has exceeded the boundary

should be chosen as the venue of action, thus

causing friction between Japan and Britain.

But, the killing of Chinese traitors can also

be done in the French Concession.
